Fish #19?

So I reached the point of no return and decided to catch all the fish before finishing, and for the life of me I just can't find #19 around the Gael Cliffs. Can anyone confirm when and where they found it?

also if you are too scared to handle the monster, there is a dock on the outskirts of the cliffs which you can go there during the day and camp until night, hard to miss because its around plenty of wrecked ships.

Just got that fish myself, and it was an utter PITA. And yeah, they're in the passways on the north side of the cliffs, in like 1 or 2 spawns only. As soon as you find a school of them, hit them with atrophy so you have a good chance of getting the aberation form, too.
