Stellar Basin exotic fish

Got 3/4 of the exotics, but I can't figure out where the stellar basin one is.

Unrelated question, I've almost got all the achievements, but I can't find a good way to get more research parts to finish off the researches and get the ocean trawling net, any tips?

You won't be able to catch it again / sell it but you should still be able to give the merchant the info on the location for the research parts / pursuit. Pretty sure each of the exotics are one time only.

They are one time spawns, but the quest only needs you to have caught them, the lady is making an encyclopedia of fish so she just wants to know where you found them

The pools are one time only but I'm the Travelling Merchant only wants the knowledge of the fish so you can safely sell it (or if you're being kind, return them back to the sea)

RESARCH PARTS:
Gain lots of Money, go to traders Ponton. Save. Now reload and its a 10% chance at reload that she sells a resarch part, repeat to get as many you want......... i got 22 this way....

You only need to fish them up. Selling them is irrelevant. You can let them rot away to mulch in your cargo hold and it won't matter.

The exotic fish are one-time spawn. But all you lost is the money you get from selling it. You still know the location you caught it at for the sake of the trader side-quest.

All they really are is one bag of money that you can pick up once.
