Boat apperance

Tiny question really, but adds to immersion. But does your boat noticably change apperance depending on upgrades, sidegrades etc?

Its a factor at least for me that what you have of equipment on your character/ vehicle at least reflects back on the main look of said character/ vehicle.

The boat's appearance doesn't change.

It changes when you upgrade to the next major hull size but the other minor upgrades to not change its look.

The boat slowly changes its appearance with every one of the major hull upgrades you can unlock. However that only effects the visuals, not the actual size of you boat - for instance it doesn't morph from a barely floating nutshell into a large fishing trawler. It starts to look more modern and much more well maintained.

The items themselves only have some bare effects on the appearance: For example if you don't have a fishing net equipped, it won't show on your boat. But the net doesn't look different depending on which net you have installed.
