Weird basalt rocks
Does anyone know what to do with these rock formations, I've completed the game and I still get the same "the rocks do not respond to your touch. Any ideas?

Also trying to figure this out. There is also the note in the wrecked fishing ship which is very vague and kinda hints towards more secrets..

The Humming stones you can interact with if you're panic level is fairly high and only at night. From what I can tell they just give more lore/background to stuff going on.

It's only if you have a high panic level that's all

Step 1) Get panic'd, easiest way is to wander around and grab red fog at night for that, Step 2) poke rock
