Anyone found out what to do with it? I got one. I assume there's another, but I just can' find it

Is it the messages in a bottle? Those are for the story.

Otherwise I don't know as I haven't found any other papers.

There seem to be two, or if there's three it depends on which parts you find. I've found two that appear to make most of a treasure map. However, you don't need the map to find the treasure if you've got sharp eyes.

What the map leads to: There's a floating chest chained in the water to the west of the travelling merchant's pontoon in Stellar Basin.

I have the map but cant seem to loot the chest. :(

Oh my lord. I already got that chest, but haven't completed the map.
