Replayability?
So i played the Demo a while ago when it was out and liked the concept of the game a lot but im wondering if the full release is more "Sandboxy" or just a open world story game that dosent give you much reason to jump again once you finished it

No particular replayability (ng+ meta or end game stuff)

This is a depressing discussion. If the end of the journey is meaningless, then why should one bother doing anything at all?

I'm about 15 hours into the game, and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface as far as the main story goes. I've been exploring, fishing, upgrading, and having a wonderful time. I remember beating Bioshock 2 in like 5 hours, so this game so far has given me more content than that game, and I've still got a long ways to go.

As I said before, if you consider any experience pointless simply because it may end someday, then there is no reason for you to do anything. Not a great way to live in my most humble opinion.
My first run lasted 22hours and i forgot to do hooded figures, and got only 25/40 of achievements. I really did enjoy it so much, I might start it again in weekend. :dredge_classy:

I just finished it on switch and it was more than worth the money.

As for replay value, there is a story but it also is quite sandboxy at the same time.

I would definitely play through it again

The guy asks a valid question and you have to lecture him. What is wrong with you?

I'd say this is a second playthrough game. First time it's about the journey, discovering new things and being surprised. Second will be about completion: doing things in the right order, revisiting failed quests, basically finding and doing everything you can.

Game is definitely short, I beat it in around 7 hours and 100%'d it in about 12, but sometimes the game doesn't have to be as long as Elden Ring. I appreciate smaller games every once in a while. However, I do wish there were more content. Filling out creature codexes is one of my favorite things to do in games and this one tends to be a bit short.
