Goliath Tigerfish

Anyone had any luck finding the Goliath Tigerfish? I have been looking for one for a while without any success. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you only catch one of each fish? I caught the Goliath but boat was too fast and immediately hit a tree and lost it overboard, and haven't seen another spawn

only one of each special fish spawns, but even if you lose it you can still turn in the quest for the merchant. She just wants to know where it was found, doesnt need to actually get it from you.

By the way, you can still complete quest for it. The merchant only wants to know the location it was caught. So the only thing you are missing out on is the money from selling it!

The way to find the exotic rare fish is easy: But uses a fair amount of explosives.

Go to E12 in the Twisted Strand. You'll need a packed explosive and the mangrove rod.
