Do fishing rod speed bonuses stack?

If I equip two rods that offer the same type of fishing, do they both apply their speed bonus?

I think so. There's an achievement for having a "combined fishing speed of 200%"

Seems like they do, I unlocked the 200% speed Achievement after installing a new type of rod with more speed than the old one.

They 100% do. If you go into your cargo, there are three statistics you can see:

Boat Speed
Fishing Speed
Lights

All of these numbers increase with additional gear of the same type. I currently have 9 jet drive engines, and the DLC Arterial Engine installed, totaling a combined Boat Speed of 102.9 kn

Yes. This means that combining low-tier fishing rods with high-tier ones to get maximum coverage is useful. (In particular that early-game reward rod that is very slow but provides two types of coverage for just two squares can be useful in some situations.)
