Accidentally Made Iron Rig Impossible

TL;DR: Does anybody know how to get renewable Dark Splashes without the Dark pools?


I've been playing through the entire game with absolute completion in mind, and I've attempted to do this without revealing hidden achievements. I have one hidden achievement left. I thought that in order to get it, I might need to eliminate all the dark greasy pools. Now I realize that I still need them in order to finish the questline. This is why: I need a dark splash to make the final canister, but I've just barely thrown away all the splashes, and with all the pools gone I can't get anymore

As an extended warning: Don't Get rid of all the Dark substance pools!!

EDIT: (includes more details about Rig Items) Having non-renewable Dark Splashes also means the exotic bait (And other baits) are unrenewable if you do as I have

Speak the the Foreman about any of the dark pools being spotted, that spawns 3 in 1 region; most likely you'rs will be in the Devil's Spine

Also: You can build canisters if you talk to the Undermarket trader. 1 metal, 2 dark splashes.
