Does the Eldritch Oil Respawn?

Been using the Siphon but noticed that they don't seem to respawn. Trying to catch Aberrated Swordfish but I took a bit too much of the Oil

HUH, So I've been out here sucking up the "oil" thinking there is some secret achievement for it?
Whats the time frame on the respawn of it, If I may ask.

If ever you start to run out, just speak to the Foreman and ask if there's any word on more contamination. He'll tell you of a location and about 3 new patches will spawn in. Unless you're actively siphoning it all away or otherwise mass-producing items that have it as an ingredient, you're unlikely to need more of it in a typical playthrough.

Fair, thanks for the info. I though that hidden achievement was for cleaning it all up.
