Exotic Anomalies

Where do I find the anomaly for Nr. 103? Went to the original spot, bait said no exotic fish.

Not sure about 103, but I did get 101 (Goliath Tigerfish) to spawn using the exotic bait. It only ever read as 'Few" though, not "Plenty" like with regular bait. And it was just the regular rare fish, not the anomaly, but I figured I just need more bait

i allready caught all the other exotic anomalies and it always said "Few" but in the pale reach it doesnt even say "Few"

ok i got it now i did not have any rods equiped that could fish in ice, im just dumb xdddd

If I already fished the exotic, I can't proceed to fish an anomaly right?
