Dark canister spawn

The Siphon Trawler just not work, i cant colect the oil, so i got soft lock on the dlc.
Does anyone know of a cheat table that spawns items?

Did you trigger the trawler? Just having it attached won't siphon. You have to manually lower it into the water and drive around in the oil. Also like other trawlers it has durability so if you spent a few days out at sea and haven't repaired anything the trawler will not work either.

Just logging in to say thanks for this, I also had the brainfart moment of not actually lowering the trawl and thinking I got soft locked out.
