Will this game trigger it?
I really like how it looks but i dont know if it has some kraken from the deep moments.

I have the same problem, and though I don't know how bad you have it, I was able to play through just fine. But I could not bring myself onto the open ocean at night. And
there are creatures that come from the depths if you're too panicked, which I also tried my hardest to avoid.

One of the areas you go to is specifically about a kraken from the deep and needing to fish around it.

How extreme is your case? There's a fair bit of open water that will likely be tricky, especially if you're a completionist and therefore need to brave it and some of the horrors. There are a minimum of three monsters that you'll end up facing as you go through the story, as localised dangers, but there are others that can show up if you end up becoming panicked.

I would honestly advise short bursts of gameplay wherever it comes to leaving the shallows and coasts to fish or explore. Do a single dawn-dusk-dawn cycle, dock your boat to save the game, take a few minutes to consider how you feel, and go back into the game thereafter if you still feel ok.
I think most people with fear of the sea should be ok with this one since it's third person. It's nowhere near as terrifying as something like SOMA, Outer Wilds or Subnautica since you don't experience the nasties up close.

Don't think it's that bad because interactions where the depth of the water is relevant are very rare. So for the majority of the playtime it's just "blue ground". Most hazards you face are also visible from above the water, so no sudden surprises from the depth there.

There are only three or so instances of something coming out of the deep, unseen blue.
