SPOILERS - unable to catch 230 due to lack of supplies

I finished the game, stocked up on inks and ink vials, finished the tree and all extra upgrades. I got the 4 exotics and then a final one popped up. I cleared all the oil stains to close it off. However after 10 or so tries I still haven't caught 230 and now im out of inks to make the bait. Please help as I believe I've painted myself into a corner and cannot finish the collection.

You can apparently talk to the foreman and more spills will show up.

to catch the creature on page 230, you will need a mutant bait and drop it next to an iron tower, you may need 5 pieces, but sooner or later you will catch it
And as for oil, you just need to ask the foreman about new leaks

Only have Ocean fishing pole and equipment that ups the odds to catch an aberration. Take mutant bait. Detach yourself from the Iron rig, toss the bait into the water and fish till it runs out. If you don't get 230, leave the game without saving and restart back at the dock. Repeat until you get 230. I think I had to restart 3 times, but the third time, 230 was the first fish that appeared.

Thanks for your tip James Greywolf, after 10 tries or more i was bored to farm again ressources... Restart the game without saving is a great idea : it's worked after somes try
