Accidentally sold one of the 3 dog tags because i confused it with another treasure item, is there any sort of dev console or way to spawn in another?

You dont really need them, you can get more upgrades and research parts than youre able to use.

Right, but I still want to complete the quest, not only that but apparently all 3 dog tags are required for the achievement in which you do all the quests

While this post has been recently necro'd, I should point out that the dog tags are not required for any quest - at least, not an official quest that any achievements require.

There is no way to lose any critical items required for any achievements in DREDGE. Every single achievement can be obtained on a single save file!

Thankfully I learned this out when I got every quest besides the dog-tag one, and I'm sorry I forgot to go back to my own post to say that it turns out you don't need the dog tags for the all quests done achievement.

Dredge was fun and really cool, loved getting 100% in it.
