Missing icebreaker after removal

I removed the icebreaker during the Iron Rig DLC, and now it is unavailable at the Travelling Merchant.

Does anyone know of a way to get it back?

Does the option not appear when you talk to the Travelling Merchant using the button in the bottom left?

Unless I am much mistaken, I seem to recall that's an option only when at the Pale Reach - you don't get to install or remove the icebreaker at different locations.

That can only be done in the Icy Worksite at the Bleak Pontoon
