Max Panic Threshold gives Relics alternative descriptions.

I've been trying to find the other descriptions since I noticed this, but to no avail.
The one I found was The Necklace. At High Panic, it turns into "Her Chains" with a description along the lines of "The waters hold her now."

I was wondering if anyone had the descriptions and alternate names of the other Relics, by any chance.
