Micro stuttering

I'm playing on a GTX 1070 with the FPS capped at 120 FPS.
My FPS is rock solid but every few seconds I get random dropped frames and micro stutters.

I've tried vsync & gsync on and off to no avail.

Hi, have you solved the problem? I have an RTX 2060, an I5-11400F processor and 16 GB of RAM. The same thing, the microfreezes have already been taken out.
