Need a little direction

My pursuit says to get the watch and the marker points to the temple near the volcano, but I already have the watch. I tried bringing it back to the collector, but my only option was to demand his book, which revealed something that's probably a spoiler. Visiting "him" again doesn't give me an option to give him the watch.

So uh, what do I do now? Is my main quest bugged?

Hmm, if The Collector isn't accepting the watch, and your pursuits isn't updating, are you sure you actually have the Antique Pocket Watch? Where did you get it?

I can see it in my hold. I got it from the same temple the pursuit marker is pointing me to.

Have you talked to the lighthouse lady? I think you need a conversation with her before you can talk to the collector.

I know you say it's in your "hold", but is it possible you meant it's in your "Storage"? If you sent it to your Storage, that would explain why the pursuit never updated, and why The Collector doesn't accept it from you.

You'd have to move it to your cargo to continue.
