Does the look of your boat ever change?

It is finished. Customizability was not at any point part of the original design intent or marketing. This is appears purely as a gift to the fans - nothing more. Not to mention free of charge.

Also, the boat does change appearance. Every hull upgrade looks different.

Not really.... customizing your looks isn't a core mechanic nor something that was advertised... It is a nice extra but people like you just love ocmplaining

Wanted to say this. Yes, when you upgrade your ships hull through the Dry Dock the boat visually changes a little bit.
