Though I would be very interested in DLC or alternative game modes.
Remember when all games came 'finished'?
Sigh.
I kind of prefer this method of game production...release the full game and then put profits toward the next one into development instead of linger with the current one.
This game is great but it is also a skeleton of what could be done in this genre. Nobody was sure if there would be much interest in it or not though.
That said, what a combo, it can be played on Steam Deck which doesn't run the latest games and has no Windows OS...smh. Being honest the game itself is a niche so I don't get why it would be advertised in this fashion.
And if they do release DLCs, really hope they're reasonably priced in relation to the amount of content.
It's a fun game though.
There's only one area left for me to explore after 10 hours and that's the Devil's Spine. I'd say I'm about 70+% done with the game at this point. I'm sure I'll spend some more time in the game fiddling around with stuff, but I just think the map is way too small. There should've been a few more regions imo.
$14.99. This is a glorified mobile game.
But for Dredge, I enjoy that it doesn't overstay it's welcome. It keeps a tight, fun experience.
