Builder fell out

FYI you can dump the builder out of boat if a square gets damaged and she's standing in it. Is there a way to recover her?

The middle of the boat seems safest, and also, safer to deliver her immediately, during the day.

Are there any interesting and worthwhile consequences (in the final game) if you mess up quests like this? Or is it just a wrap and you miss out on a bunch of content that would've hinged on successfully finishing it?

I lost her just 10 minutes ago. Traveled during night and got attacked by some creature just outside the place she wanted to be delivered to. Now... she's gone. Tried quitting the game, but it autosaved just after getting attacked.

I wonder what she would have done to the story or things I am now missing out... 😔

I waited until the day to ferry her to the island, i think you just miss out a place for storage, and few extra research gears. There happens to be a few good respawning material nodes around the place too

There really isn't much to miss with this particular NPC she just sets up a safe spot that you can use later. You're not missing anything important.

You're right. I restarted and played for an hour. It... wasn't exactly fruitful. Felt I've invested too much in the first save.

hm okay. well, im not sure what is lost and not if you fail anything since i didnt fail, but seeing as you can miss the permanent stats from the robed guys i assumed the worst
