Another TNT room?

I was playing solo in Nekhbet Chasm and noticed there is another area to use TNT. I already it on a broken wall to get gold and an artifact. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Nekhbet Chasm and Dread Valley are Tomb variation 5, which is the only tomb variation that can spawn an extra TNT room in the main tomb.

Have this ever been mentioned at all to the devs? So far, one of the tasks is to vertify past explorations. I can only guess that it is behind that wall blue flagged.

It doesn't really need to be "mentioned" because it is intended.
There are also actually never any objectives like that behind TNT walls.
