How do we guess the Mejai name

I get that we have to find the clues to figure it out, but when we find the door, we dont even get to guess. So maybe question is
1. Do we need to guess before the timer runs out?
2. Do we only get the 1 guess?
3. Can the blue lever be in the room, and if so are we just done for?

if you have the difficulty at normal or higher the room is locked when you take too long. You only get 1 guess. only bonus room levers can be in the room

You only get 1 guess. Panels for the Mejais are on the left of the Inner Tomb door and the red button to submit your guess is on the right. There is a time limit depending on difficulty to submit your guess and the blue lever to open the exit to the surface can spawn anywhere in the entire dungeon.
