I purchased two products, one for me and one for my girlfriend. We used family share plan before, i sent her this game as gift, but she did not accept at that moment. It means that she was using my account to play on this game. After i realized that we cannot play this game on the multiplayer mode at the same time, i talked to her to accept the gift, she did that. At the same time, i stopped the family share plan and she just reinstalled the game again, but still she cannot use multiplayer button and the button turns grey, i need help!!!!!!!!
