Hey, I have an intel hd graphics card, with this, could I run Dawn of War 2? and if there's a demo could someone please provide me the link, i couldnt find it.

The minimum acceptable card is a decent, midrange card from 2004. It's unlikely that any modern GPU or APU wouldn't be able to handle it. But if you give me the model number of your Intel HD I can find the specs for what you've got and compare them.

once in a while there are a few frame drops but for the most part it runs pretty well

I played this game myself when I used my Intel graphics. I have an i5 4460 and yes I could play it just fine. As of now have that same i5 4460 but I bought a Geforce GTX 750 ti. If your in the market for a cheap but good card, this card has worked out very well for me,, theres not a game I cant play. Of course some newer games I have to turn some of the graphics settings down but other than games that came out fairly recently, I can run most maxed out and get at least 60 FPS.

Forgot to mention I have 8GB of RAM as well. I am curious of which intel processor your using.
