How do you save progress in this game???!!!

Hi,
my son spends a large amount of time in this game, 'earning' or finding certain things. For example, today it was the bow and arrow which took a long time for him to find.

He is really upset about working hard to get things and having to do that all over again just to be able to use the bow and arrow.

Is there a way to save this type of progress?
I cannot find any options in the game menu to save.

Hopefully someone can help as this game is causing plenty of grief.

you leave the game and pray

go to the phone and there would be a save button

I dont think you Can save on this game but amazing frog Quest for the magical mystery toilet is (Almost) the same and also saves progess, You might be able to save in this game but i have no idea how. BUT are you just fore quitting the game? Because it might save if you use the menu quit button
