Where to get appaloosa horses?

I've been using that guide quite religiously funnily enough, and have read that appaloosa horses are legendary tier. and therefore are probably from the legendary auction. but just wanted a confirmation. thank you for the help though!

No. Appaloosa horses cannot be found in the wild.
