I'm not sure whats going on either. I noticed I've been getting more and more colts as well definitely not as bad as that though. I know some of my Mares only produced colts and I sadly decided to just do away with that mare because she simply wasn't producing an even mix for me. I've had no luck with any of the newly released patterns though... so I'm not sure what the issue is either and I'm hoping someone who has been working on the game sees this thread. I don't share much on the discord server as discord has been giving me a lot of problems as well lately but that's an entirely separate platform in of itself and has no correlation with the game at all.
you have to breed one by crossing a pinto horse with an appaloosa horse
what about tovero as it is genetically a combination of both tobiano and overo? I wonder if it has something to do realistically with the white complex gene to not be able to breed overo and appaloosa into a pintaloosa pattern.
I've never tried a tovero x appaloosa cross to see if pintaloosa would pass. I think your safest bet would be tobiano x appaloosa, and it may take several tries. The game doesn't follow real-life genetics accurately enough to guarantee anything (there are no homozygous genes for example, and ignores recessives (like pearl)), it's mostly just RNG...
