How to change the mane and tail length of my horse
can someone please help me understand how to change the length of the Mane and Tail on my horse when I hit the button it won't do anything.

it only cuts, so if you have a v long tail and cut to medium, the only option left to see a change is to go short. You can go shorter but not longer! Eventually, the mane and tail grow back out, but it takes a bit.
