I don't think so, the game is planned to be fully singleplayer ^^
What excites me the most is the auction house, breeding, horse personalities and managing our herd.
I can't wait to see how this promising game develops!
Later on and in further development, will the game be an infinite sandbox and we will be able to play infinitely on one save?
Thanks!<3
Hi!! Yes only the demo is limited to the first season, but the full game will be playable infinitely, in the same style as other farming games (like harvest Moon). Cheers! ^^
Yes I'd like to implement a first person camera, it can be challenging when riding a horse though as if the camera bounces around too much it makes it a bit nauseating. But I should be able to figure out a solution for that ^^
1. Will we be able to save our game progress in Early Access?
2. Will there be one type of currency in the game that we can pay for horses, fodder, etc?
3. Will there be a typical western bridle without a noseband in the game?
4. Will we have to pay to breed our own horses?
I will share what excites me the most at each planned stage of game development because I can't wait <3
demo:
1.Just Demo<3
Early Access:
1. SPRING 2023<3
2. Breeding!
3. Seasons & Weather!
Full Release 2024:
1. Wild Horses!
2. Horse Personality & Behavior!
3. Foal Training!
Good luck and take care of yourself!
Hi! Thank you, I'm glad to hear you're excited about the game! :D
To answer your questions:
1. Yes, you will be able to save your progress during EA and you won't have to restart your save file for updates or for the full release. You can already save your progress in the demo but the demo version won't be compatible with EA!
2. Yes, you earn money from quests, competitions, selling horses and items. You can then spend that money on different things such as horses, tack, ranch upgrades, new areas, obstacles courses and items etc!
3. Yes, while this is not currently in the game, during EA I will make an update to add a lot more tack options!
4. Breeding horses is free in the game! I'm currently working on the breeding feature and will talk about it more in depth in my next devlog :)
I hope that answered everything! Cheers <3
I have a few questions I'm curious about -
Will the character customization be limited to feminine builds?
And will there be controller compatibility?
