Spell Shock

Is it possible to get the Shock spell in the game? I can not find.

After looking through some coversationsfiles: Unfortunatley not. At least without modding it's not possible.
But good to know, so this possibilty should be added to the next patch.

lol, just add shock into your list of spells in savename.idx It's that simple.

This is understandable .. I would like to get it in a more "honest" way.
