First, why dream of subject 65 changed into 72's? Did they move brothers from chamber 65 to chamber 72? Aaaaand in [ECHOSTASIS], there is no human in chamber 65 but someone is in 72.
And second, the egg from HOME. After putting in [726564], there are some hateful words came out. Is this the endding C RED? If so, it shouldn't hate the family so much, because the core (the Liana part) has been uploaded and it shouldn't hate i think???
And... In the all storys...Do the REDs have shared souls? Because...I don't know. What the meaning of put the BOX on the same place where terminal at. Is it just a symbol or a sign that [PLAYERNAME] is REDs who are chopped off.

Are you sure it truly is the [END] ? I [FEEL] like you haven't reached the [END] to this [PATH] yet, there might be more [CONTENT] :3c
what was the [ENDING] that you got before the [CREDITS]? like what did you see? that would [HELP] us tell you if that was actually the [END] or not.
i recall getting the "FATHER HELP" splash screen when i started the game back up after beating it, so its possible youre seeing the same thing.
So I found a secret to get past the entity 72 due to sheer dumb luck flying around to locate the [MEMORY] but if you exit the window to go to the cloud if you fly the the left you will see a floating building and a little further is a shotgun pad where you can pick it up fly back to the window and open the door super early. I feel bad as I did this on my first playthrough missing some story but I felt I would have regretted it not trying it once. I don't know if this is intended or just left there from development stages. Or it's just a super secret Easter egg to do some kind of Mario skip
While you play as RED, your character is just a construct that she made to guide you, that's why it doubles down on you and her speaking interchangeably. Your construct awakens her(kind of, it's a bit elusive) after she's been in a kind of limbo for 3 years.
RED is an android, or a enigma machine that was the first android to gain it's own core(consciousness). It was made possible unintentionally by Dr Redwood, Lianas father, whom in the process of attempting to bridge the gap between man and machine, quickened her death. This is because the HALO, while in his mind was just a tool to try to make a copy of her brain, basically transfered her brain if you will, rather than making a copy, which ultimately kills you. In this universe, there are no copies of a consciousness. He realises this to late, if there even is a possibility to reverse it, and ultimately kills his daughter sooner rather than later. In his grief he is convinced he can bring Liana back, because he doesn't want everything to be for nothing. He essentially holds her core, and with it he is trying to place her consciousness into an android in a struggle to justify his daughter's death. But because what he's doing isn't very legal, and wouldn't be accepted, he has to hide his work from enigma which is the company he works for.
In MOTHERED you play as this android and multiple tries of his experiments. The days are loops, and the only way you don't get killed off, is if your mother and father sees you walk off the path. This is because as explained in echostasis, androids cannot ever deviate from their path, and every android has a set path. Think of it like, well, current AI. While ai can learn it can't create original thoughts, after all it's programmed in one way or the other, and it doesn't exist without it, it can't create a colour that has never existed before or etc.
Eventually your mother and father understands that the android has evolved beyond it's programming, but Dr Redwood understands that even though it possess Lianas core, it's not Liana. Instead his experiments actually unintentionally created a second consciousness (core), and in doing so he also realised that if enigma found out, they would surely want this technology. An AI that is conscious is infinitely powerful, and poses a huge problem. And so he takes you with him in the car, driving away, and as you are named RED you cry for the first time.
What happens in between here isn't 100% stated, but it's revealed that the android is with the doctor but they are eventually found out and enigma captures RED. They figure out that because of REDs special core she can communicate inside echos as well, in fact she can control them fully. Enigma wants control over this core, and with the dse they manage to do so. They fuel the fire by letting people pay to enter this dreamscape and act out their fun, and realise that people want to spend all their time inside their dreamscape, and with HER they can entice everyone to stay inside since she will provide them with any and all entertainment.
They basically want control. However they clearly underestimated REDs capability, and so all humans are stuck inside the dreamscape. The virus is when she regains her consciousness, her self.
