has anyone ever got tactical reload + shields up?

I've seen these two cards in game and I always choose them in hopes of getting the other, but they are both pink (or purple idk) rarity and I have never seen both in 1 game.

Has anyone had both of these in 1 game? I feel like this would be a insta win combo as it's basically infinite quick reload + abyssal countdown.

for those of you who don't know, tactical reload is when you block you reload, and shields up is when you fire your last bullet you block.

essentially having these two upgrades turns you into a unkillable death machine because at that point any upgrade, block or gun, is viable.

x2 Poison
Shields Up
Shield Shot
Any shield Ability.

Then you watch the silly.

Shield Shot is one of the more rare drop cards. You see it as much as the Poison Cloud one.

by shield shot you mean empower, correct? If so that would be absolute devastation
