Game Crash on Launch / Startup
Game instantly crashes on startup, most of the time not even making it past the Unity Splash -screen. The furthest I've been is inviting a friend, but haven't even played a single round.

I've tried every step in the 'troubleshooting guide' that's been posted here on a few other threads, nothing works. Restarting, Re-downloading, Verifying, Updating Drivers, Forcing DX11 and DX9, nothing has made a difference.

There's not even an error message anymore it crashes so quickly.
I really want to give this game a chance and even pushed a few friends to get it to try with me, but I can't. I'm out of ideas on how to fix this and to be let down like this is extremely disappointing.

RTX 3080, i9-7960X, 32GB RAM, Loading from an SSD.

There is an issue with Rounds and some other Unity games where it will crash instantly without an error message if you have a device plugged in. Check if you have something like a joystick, racing wheel, foot pedals, wireless keyboards, USB hubs, webcams etc. Controllers can cause issues sometimes as well.

Try unplugging/disconnecting all devices that you don't need and see if the game can start after that. Also check for devices that are recognized as gamepads, for example some keyboards show up as gamepads and can cause the game to crash (Wooting keyboards are known to cause crashes).

If you have any mods installed for the game, try removing them. Here's a few more things you can try: https://steamcommunity.com/app/508440/discussions/0/3198116677724334649/#c3198116677725551074
