There is already a minecraft server with that name and even a game on Google Play, but it's not necessary that I have to change the name, yes it can bring confusion that's all, we can all coexist with one name.

If their (fictional RPG) game is that big and don't wanna any rivals, they can force it through legal systems.

huh
Ufff... yeah, It is a youtube channel that sort of make sketches about a fictional rpg called SkyCraft that is based on the names Sky-rim and War-craft.
The fandom already got a lot of fictional lore about a non existing rpg.
It is probably not trademarked, but you certainly cannot own the ip name.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I didn't know about this channel and I usually don't watch sketch channels especially in English, because i'm russian, i watched only RayanHiga in the good old days with translation.

I was inspired by the game Raft, in 2017 when it was on Itchio, only then i started wondering about the idea SkyCraft. And 2021 i started working on this project.
lot of potentiol
cant wait for more

I really don't think you know how trademark works or anything in the legal system anywhere in the world.

Also, read this:
*Azerim, SkyCraft, Epic NPC Man and all the Characters therein is the intellectual property of Viva La Dirt League.

Yes, I have some vague knowledge of how trademarks work. As for 'intellectual property,' I haven't stolen anything, no offense i don't know them. Our works are completely different from each other, but they just share the same name.
I’ll keep it simple, if my hand isn’t forced through Steam or legally, I don’t care. Many of you who are telling me this are starting to annoy me, ngl. If they want to make a game and want to publish it on Steam, and if Steam allows it, that’s fine with me. I claimed it first(in steam) and the world doesn’t revolve around certain people.
I'm gonna be honest, i knew of vldl before you and have actually done extensive research on copyright law and intellectual property... that being said i don't think vldl wants to lose their entire career to you so they won't do anything involving any strikes. but you both have a lot to gain if instead of, letting the unlearned aggravate you into a strike causing a fall, you could choose to work with vldl because they have the crowd you need (quantitatively) and you have the format they need (their game was a significant disappointment cause it was misrepresented by their own skits revolving around it and visa-versa) therefore it's in your best interest if you don't let vldl's radical fanatics bother you until vldl eventually realizes your existence and they attempt legal action giving you a window to where you could counter sue them as your defense. after the judge makes them see that they would lose significantly before the final verdict is set in stone propose a partnership where you get to set the terms. they would have to agree to work with you or else they would lose everything...

that out of the way there are a significant mount of other works that are definitely similar and I see where you draw your inspiration from. so far you have an amazing game and I would love to see how its development goes on from where it is today. that and I'm excited to see the Q3 2025 release
