Kill 5 Enemies while bleeding out (and not healing) before finally dying
Simply play as an Austro-Hungarian officer on singleplayer, send a flare to chokepoints on the map (The doorway to the right of point A will do nicely as most of the bots approach from that particular entryway) and allow enemies to accumulate.
Make sure you're close to a couple of barbed wire (The best spot being on the other bank of the river on the Austro-Hungarian side as they have barbed wire and an officer telephone) and then send in artillery, mustard gas and bombs. Play hokey-pokey into the barbed wire until you bleed, and then pull an Usain Bolt around the perimeter to make sure none of the bots can heal you and you should have the achievement unlocked.
Thanks! Can confirm it works though you can also play as an engineer first to close the barbed wire on your side of the river to keep friendly AI from going through so you won't get team damage
Took about 3 tries but I finally got it because damn bots kept trying to heal me. I went into the barbed wire closest to the river and then ran around until I got the achievement then died with a suicide penalty lol
Thank you friend. Trophy is buggy. A stormtrooper with its slow bleeding perk doesn’t help, even if you kill ten, then die from blood loss (don’t forget to run away from “caring” bot teammates)... The second time I got the achievement using your method, thanks again!
