Please add killcams
One of the first google results I got when I looked up this game ws how to install cheats. Ever since then, whenever I get sniped from halfway across the map, I ask my self "was he cheating?"
Being able to see what your opponent saw before he killed you would help separating obvious aimhackers from people who are genuinely skilled, or were simply lucky.

If you suspect someone of cheating send a steam VAC and then Steam shall tell you if the dude is cheating or not, adding killcams wouldn't change anything unless the suspected cheater is a wallhacker. The truth is that veterans can manage to do even 200/300 meter kills with ironsights on specific maps (in Dolomiti, Sabotino & Piave mainly), and from an ironsight kill the killcam observer cannot notice anything suspicious unless the aim-interval lasts less than 1-2 secs.

You can notice sudden, inhuman snaps in motion, and 300 meter hipfire headshots. Hence why I specified "obvious aimhacks".

Like Leonfav already mentioned, the best way to deal with hackers is to report to vac and report the user in game. 9/10 times when you get shot from really far away it's a sniper or someone who got lucky. Be sure to look out for unusual playtime and K/D, that is a pretty solid way to nail down who's hacking and who isn't

242 meters headshot of mine with a ironsight thanks to a spot. It's possible, just rare & hard to do.

i agree with @Leonfav of the Pigeon Gang
also a killcam wouldnt be so great, since it gives your exact position away and makes revenge kills way to easy (even easier than it already is with the deathcam). What i wouldnt mind is a spectator mode with something like 5min delay, so that people could watch good players, or people they suspect of cheating, while not being able to exploit it due to the delay.
If it really would help spotting cheats is a bit questionable imo. Isonzos servers seem to be very lenient when it comes to doing out of sync stuff, like for example you can play with very high ping and just shoot people even though on their screen (and probably the server too) they are behind cover already. The server still seems to accept these kills without doing much checking themself, which would look very weird in a replay thats coming from the same server.
Same for hipfiring where if you quickly shoot after going into ads, the server will more often than not count it as a hipfire (and also show it as one to others) while its just a normal fast ads/shot on your end.
So what you would see in a killcam or a spectator mode might also look fishy with how isonzos servers work atm.
This is obviously pure speculation on my end, and i am not qualified to have a real opinion on the topic... maybe someone from the devs could give us a short feedback why they have decided against spectator features

I usually only suspect cheating if I get killed by only one person multiple times from odd angles

Level 149 player here with a maxed out Marksman and Officer class. Getting to these tiers, you know the maps inside out. Also your flamboyant DLCs might be giving you away. Skis and bicycles in the backpacks, wrong camo for a specific map, big/colorful hats, etc make you a better target than the bots. As people mentioned above, 200-300m shots are pretty standard, here's one from a bit further away as well. Would a kill cam have helped?

ummm i think im on the team of kill-Cam, because there are a lot of times that i think my death was because a cheater (shoots behing walls and so)

but in the other hand if youre in a good place covered, the kill-cam could reveal your spot...
