I just pay against bots these days, so i haven't run into him, but he should pride himself of being the best player this franchise ever created, and just tone it down. But something tells me, Xbox is next to get a taste of the Zabster lol.
As far as i've played on the same server as him other than being a frequent target of (un?)justified cheating accusations there was nothing wrong with him.
How do you even grief in the game? other than maybe gassing the spawn and trying to block access with barbed wires i can't think of a way you could help the other team.
