The MP-18s did end up going around to many nations with how things went after WW1 but Museums also have many sources of getting hold of items.
Very likely no. There is an MP 18 in a museum (that a poster above refers to) which supposedly traces its provenance to the Turkish War of Independence, but I am skeptical. As far as is known, the Germans never exported the MP 18 during WW1 as they never had enough to arm their own Sturmbataillons and could not spare any for their allies.
The Germans did export Bergmann MG 15 n/A light machine guns to the Ottomans in 1918, so if any MP 18s did make it to Turkey, it was probably in those same deliveries. But I think it's unlikely beyond maybe a handful of trial samples (and even then).
As some have already said, the MP18 was not produced by the time of the German intervention and it's practically impossible that it was used on the Italian front.
However, we'll always take strong evidence into consideration. Feel free to share here on Steam or in our Discord server https://discord.gg/JvQJg3BU
