Can i play this game offline against bots?
Can i play Offline against Bots as the predator without having a Internet Connection?

only in private sessions, other then that no.

your only offline option is to do private only while still online thru steam.

You can't offline, but there are mostly PS players a.k.a. bots, so it feels the same

Technically yes, but the AI is all but nonexistant (i.e. if you play the Predator even if you are cloaked the fireteam AI will run right up to you, and if you are in a tree they will run to the base of the tree and aim at you (though I don't recall them firing so long as I remained cloaked and still). And if you play fireteam by yourself there just is no predator. Assuming the announcement a month or two ago was legit maybe they will work on building a more engaging AI.
