As you have already figured it out. The bots don't even move unless there's an actual player/anchor in the match. There's very little programming involved in their behavior. They can teleport to you like that cannon fodder enemy AI for a reason. They'll get stuck on even the tinniest of ♥♥♥♥ in game.
Their bots in their Friday the 13th game aren't any better. They seek out hiding places and stick there.
The only thing you can expect from their Ghostbusters title is plenty o' nickel and diming!
Also, Objectives? The schmucks at Illfonic can't even do basic pathfinding for them. Never mind more complex behaviors such as interacting with objectives and remaining within the vicinity of one when they're required to. The least they could have done is give us some basic commands we could give to the bots (Stop, Follow, Attack etc.) but that also is quite clearly too much of a challenge for them.
Anyway. This ♥♥♥♥'s been put in maintenance mode a while ago. Unless it's another DLC Predator? Yeah. Lower thy expectations.
What do you think?
