I find it strange that it needs pointing out a simple fact that... Illfonic is a publisher...not a dev team, Teravision is the dev team here, put your blame in the right place at least and blame GUN for TCMs failure.
Friday the 13th was doing just fine until the lawsuit happened even with the preference system you say won't work when it already .."did work" before.
Sounds more like just an excuse to say bad cuz you don't wanna try and be good at both sides or understand how both works like some dbd survivor main who screams about how op killer is everytime they die : P
Sure, it lost some playerbase like any game does but it was nowhere near dying in 2 months.
If you consider games losing players to a degree normally after a couple of months then all games must be dying within 2 months to you I assume.
Elden ring must be a dying game right? Just look at that lower playerbase it had after 2 months...
Losing 14k+ players after 3 months is not a good look for a live service game, tho it could live longer with that small community
Any post without actual factual numbers will be disregarded, just a warning.
See it for yourself, if there's one person that lives in a different world, it's you, no offense

second, 16k at all time did not drop down by 14k in 3 months still as you claimed it so your own evidence provided just called you a liar as well.
Third, A game is not losing players if the player count is constantly jumping and dropping, a lost player count stays pretty close to the same all the time...
fourth, If you use steam only as your data for if a game is dead or not, then you are really not someone trustworthy for any form of statistics.
Fifth, I can also tell you a game is not dead just cuz it has under 1k player base as plenty of mmos still live today have less than 300 daily.
Also if your directly just counting the peak players, that's not the important part, the important part is the Average players count which...actually stayed pretty steady throughout most of f13s lifetime.
Wanna prove me wrong with factual numbers that work directly against you again?
I assure you that people seen this same game over and over again on these kinds of threads and it's well known that steam charts is never an actual evidence cuz it only gives info on one very small variable.
lol
16k -13.5k = 2.5k
It's literally there, in the charts history
If you want to believe F13th is alive & popular, that's on you, I'm not going to force you to live in the real world
Bye
Just gonna report you for trying to start fights and ignore as your just here to be negative obviously.
In TCM, you can't fight back as survivors.. You can't shoot a gun, you can't hit a bat, you can't really do anything to fight back except maybe football tackle someone, and if you really wanted to, you can go mess with the old man that likes to drink blood. But Killer Klowns has MUCH more freedom instead of running around with your pants down, pooping in the corners like a scared rabbit.
