Nerf clowns animation

I think actually clowns are so broken, the clown animation is too easy to do, and allows the clown to no longer be hit and no chance for the survivor to escape.

Only thing that needs to be nerfed is popcorn bazooka range.
After playing the game for a few days the only time I die to an execution is when I'm playing like an idiot, or when I get popcorned to death.

Get rid of the pause when the clown uses the speed buff. It robs you of about 5+ seconds of time. It should activate immediately. IMO
