I have the Deluxe version - How do you get the Extra Content?

It automatically shows up in game go to customize and go to klowns or humans, Go to the outfit section then go on special characters, If you want skins youll have to select which class that skin relates too so if you want the chocolate sunday one which is Sundazes outfit, Click the trapper class go to shirt and its the third one, Just play around with customization im currently using the ranger class which has the bibbo character

No idea sorry. I think digital codes the company will give out maybe on release for goodies
