Blaloon dog striaght just does not activate

I do not know how and where to use this if it does not work.

Just activate it and follow the arrow it shows as it will show you the direction where humans are.

It tracks tge closest human. It will bark then an arrow will appear on it and you just have to follow it

I feel the arrow should be on top of the dog ngl, kinda breaks the immersion when I have to constantly look down and up
