How do levels work in terms of bonus stats?

In super mario rpg, there was an "optimal" way to level up (even if you didn't need it).

Is there such a rotation in this game? I literally just started and got my first level up and threw that into resolve, but I wonder if there is an optimal way to do stats in this game...

And yes I am a min/maxer (obviously) don't care if it isn't necessary

Don't think there is one, this game is more based on paper mario, where stat ups are static. So it doesn't matter at what level you pick them. HP up will give the same amount if you pick it at level 2, or 10, And so on. It just goes to preference. (That said, I feel WP might be the best one usually, more special or stronger attacks to end battles faster)

Yeah so far I am around 30 HP 70 WP and 11 RP...

I find myself almost never using RP, I use WP all the time, and I think I am going to shore up my HP to 50ish then put the rest in WP
