Maestro Rank question
I went thru world 1 thinking S+ was the highest possible rank but then after beating the 3rd secret stage i got a Maestro Rank. I've no idea if its also tied to a good enough time or is there some other requirement?

Hey skeletonmanners,
Maestro rank requires a better time that S+ but it also requires you to be playing on advanced mode (no checkpoints).

wait maestro is only in advanced?
so how whats the time needed for maestro in 3-8 dont fall behind?
