KVM Pro upgrade
I purchased the standard version of Multiplicity from your website and the purchased the KVM version from Steam since I had a gift card. I am now wanting to go to the Pro version. Is there any way to get the upgrade price for Pro? The website says I am ineligible since it only see's the standard purchase.

Helllo,

Regrettably, there is not yet a path on Steam to go from KVM to KVM Pro.

We definitely need a path to upgrade, so hopefully its on the list. I have multiple PCs on the same network and it would be useful to connect to all of them instead of just one.

With Seamless connections, KVM offers up to 8 Secondaries. It's only remote KVM connections that are limited to 1 with KVM (opposed to 8 remotes with KVM Pro).

Hey Sean,
any chance we will see Pro on steam?

It's no secret that MP is my favorite SD product and I led the charge to get MP and MP KVM on Steam.

Getting Pro on Steam is a tougher sell as it's generally not what we see as a 'retail product' (typical single-use clients). It's more of a business-grade product - not something people would use Steam for nor is it priced in the range Steam clients find approachable.

That said, it's always on my mind to get MP on more PCs. As you likely agree, once you use it, you wonder how you ever did without it.

Thanks for the feedback.

I understand, that’s fair. Perhaps there will be a way to redeem it on the program as a license bought from the site?

This software has become a staple on my devices now. I wish I had found it sooner, it was exactly what I was looking for when working with all my PCs

Create a ticket here, mention me by name, and we can work something out.

but on the store page you are demonstrating this in one of the product images ( https://cdn.cloudflare.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/1553290/ss_b03b6b2ac9e86b12bb90a0d463cd91ab7f008727.1920x1080.jpg?t=1667924422 ), this means that the store photos does not reflect the reality of what this product can do?

Was disappointed that the Pro version was not on sale for BF. Picked up a second copy of KVM however. At least now I have an upgrade path . I would recommend just sticking to buying from there rather than Steam to begin with so you do not have to buy a second copy like that later just to upgrade to Pro.

Count me in also. Just look at my library and guess if it would be a problem for me to get MP Pro.

Also, on many websites bank cards are not working anymore. Unless you accept our MIR cards. But here on Steam there is an easy and fast path to refill wallet
