The most critical, i can not start chapter three. First a empty Hospital, Buildings not accessable, Front line strength indicator shows only ---, No trains etc but running time. Back to main menu und clicked start third capital and black screen. I had to end the game via steam. Third try ended like the first one.

Since the last patch i have issues with the cards in rehab and in the hospital where you can select outcomes of the operation.
Its look like in rehab all cards added to one stable, but it happens with one card also. I can not drag and drop them. But later i found out, when i go down or up with the mouse wheel they get distributed to the different places and get selectable again.
In Hospital happens a lot that they show only the text label, like this_will_happen. When i click this card it will be triggered, but the icon in the upper bar will still be shown and clicking it goes back to hospital with the same selection. I have to reload the game. This makes the next bug more annoying.

Reloading a save game mess up the tiredness of the workforce. Well rested doctors as Example shown as collapsing after running the actual operation. It looks like some resting doctors get an increase in rest time.

General i had in the second half of capital two the issue that the non-doctors workforce get tired very fast. When Medics in casualty clearing station had a lot of do, i had to change them out up to 10 times in three hours, by three or four working medics at the same time.
But the same issues with nurses. I dont know how a three shift system should work.

The last three days of chapter 2 was the bug hell. Many doctors stopped working. Even after reloading to a state where all working fine ended up in the mess that many stopped working. Even while a operation is running. Some i got reactivated in the way that i set the rest icon before the running operation saved and reload. They started resting and after it they worked again. But in most cases it was hopeless.

Its also an issue but not a bug with the shift system, that nurses immediately leave the workplace while the replacement strolls very slowly to the workplace.

I had the same problem. Have you tried to play the end of level 2 again?if you go back to the menu at the level of the level from the rating and then go level into chapter selection and start level 3 it could work. There is probably an error in the game that has to be overwritten by completing Mission 2 again. However, Level 3 seems much more loveless than Levels 1 and 2.

Ich hatte dasselbe Problem.
Hast du probiert nochmal das Ende von Level 2 zu spielen?wenn du am Level des Levels von der Wertung zurück ins Menü gehst und dann level in Kapitelwahl gehst und Level 3 startest könnte es gehen. Wahrscheinlich ist im Spielstand ein Fehler auf getreten der durch ein erneutes Abschließen von Mission 2 überschrieben werden muss.Level 3 wirkt allerdings wesentlich liebloser als Level 1 und 2.

Same issue Chapter 3 is unplayable not sure if this happens after i got the DLC or not. But when I played it the first time it worked perfectly with no major bugs. Now it is very buggy not just chapter 3 is corrupt/unplayable but also sometime the popup that you get during surgeries are bugged and cannot chose an option.. The message writing trying to display a code bug rather than the action message. It very annoying!!
I will put this game aside now and wait until a stable version is released.. Although it has potential I cannot recommend in its current state !!

i also have the choice selection popup bug, will give code instead of what its supposed to say, and sometimes its not selectable.
Ive also had it show up blank with no options at all. A save and reload seems to fix this, but I have had to do that several times. I noticed it only in Chapter 2 so far, have not made it to chapter 3 just yet. But something is definitely off with the popups.
I do not own the dlc , as I am waiting for these bugs to get worked out first.
